We are a small firm and as such we pride ourselves on giving each project the special attention it deserves. It is our goal to ensure that your project not be delayed due to survey issues. Michelle McBride, PLS, CWRE

Michelle grew up in the Willamette Valley, before moving to Southern Oregon and graduating from Klamath Union High School. After being a stay at home mom for over 10 years, Michelle decided to return to school and pursue a degree in Geomatics (Land Surveying). Michelle and her husband have two girls and are active members of their Christian congregation.

She attended the Oregon Institute of Technology where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics, along with a minor in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). She has since become a Licensed Land Surveyor in Oregon and California.  Michelle is an accomplished amateur photographer and enjoys spending time with her family. She regularly attends the local strength and and conditioning gym and is enjoys many outdoor activities, including backpacking, camping and fishing. Michelle has lived in the Klamath Basin for over 20 years. 







Mitch Duryea, PLS

Originally from Southern California, Mitch began his professional surveying career in 1984. He has spent his career in private practice specializing in the Legal Principles of Boundary Surveying and Mapping. Mitch and his wife have been married almost 30 years, and have three grown children. Away from the office, Mitch has been a volunteer with the youth groups at their church. Mitch has also been an avid volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America serving as a local Scoutmaster in Spokane and camp staff leading 110 mile canoe trips down the Missouri River in Montana.

Mitch has a B.S. in Surveying and Photogrammetry from Fresno State University and a M.S. from Kaplan University. He started Duryea & Associates in 1993, and as President, is responsible for client development, customer service, and quality control. Mitch is licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Hawaii.
